Capacity Limit

Hands-on build.
Limited Capacity.

Preparing a company for sale isn’t something we can do at scale.

We get inside the operation, work with your people, and build the systems that make the business sellable.

That’s why we only take on three Sale System clients at a time.

The Sale System

The Sale System
Explained.

“I started my first business at 18, and over the years I’ve had wins, failures, and a front-row seat to how hard business owners work. I built the Sale System because after decades of building a company, you should have the option to leave with something valuable, not just shut the doors and walk away.”

The reality check

The expensive mistake
you can’t afford to
make before selling.

You’ve spent decades building this business. But if the business still depends on you to be there for every decision, every problem, and every job, a buyer sees risk, not an asset.

They’ll use that against you. A lower price, tougher terms, or a longer transition.

Don’t wait until you’re ready to leave to find out it isn’t ready to be sold.

The Sale System

Three stages to
a sellable business.

Preparing for an exit is not a quick process. It is a methodical, hands-on path across three stages, each building on the last.

We draw up the plan

The Blueprint

We interview you and your team, map every workflow across 8 key areas end-to-end, put real numbers down, and hand you a 24 to 36-month exit roadmap.

We build the system

The Build

We build the operating system, stop the leaks, document processes, and integrate technology so your business can run smoothly and breeze through a buyer’s due diligence.

We keep it running

The Partnership

We manage the operating system up to your sale. We keep workflows running smoothly and protect newly raised margins so your business goes to market at a premium multiple.

Each stage is its own commitment. You move to the next only when the current one is done.

From our past clients

What owners say

I thought we had a pretty good handle on our numbers, but the level of detail these guys bring to the table is next level. We brought them in to streamline our ops, and they didn’t just give us software, they built a complete financial model, sourced JobTread as our FSM, and showed us exactly where we were leaving $180,000 in recoverable profit on the table…
Ryan TryhaneRycon Custom Homes
Honestly, I was the biggest bottleneck in my own company. I was doing everything and couldn’t step away. What I loved about working with them is they didn’t try to sell me complicated new software; they went under the hood with what we already had and designed a real office-to-field workflow. Their audit alone uncovered $230K in profit we were missing…
Jason LambertGolden Horseshoe Roofing
We’re aiming to take this company state-wide in the next few years, but you can’t scale a messy operation. We hired them to build our infrastructure from the ground up, and their ability to map out every process is exactly what we needed. They took our chaos and engineered a rock-solid blueprint, and I have 100% confidence we are ready to handle our growth…

Not all testimonials are from Sale System clients; some reflect past Erakraft operations work. The systems behind those results are the same ones that make a business transferable to a buyer.

Common questions

Questions owners ask before they start.

How much does this cost?+

The Exit-Ready Roadmap is free. If you want help implementing it, Stage 1 — The Blueprint — and Stage 2 — The Build — range from $4,500–$17,500/month, depending on annual revenue, headcount and whether your leadership handles the rollout or the full team is trained for you. The Blueprint is a 90-day diagnostic, and The Build runs in rolling 90-day sprints. Stage 3 — The Partnership — is optional ongoing management at $2,500–$7,500/month; new build items are quoted separately. When you’re ready to go to market, the optional Sale Package is $15,000–$45,000 as a one-time fee. There’s no long-term commitment or obligation to continue through all three stages. Each stage is agreed separately, and the scope, investment and commitments are clear before work starts.

What if I’m not ready to sell yet?+

Good. If selling is three to five years away, you still have time to fix the things that affect transferability and value. Management teams take time to develop. Systems take time to build. And owner dependence doesn’t disappear because you suddenly decide you’re ready to leave. The earlier you know where the gaps are, the more options you have.

Is this a business valuation?+

No. We inspect how sellable the operation is. We are not brokers, and we are not going to throw some sexy multiple at you on this call. The goal is to identify what would make a future buyer nervous and what needs to change before you go to market.

What happens after the call?+

We send you a quick diagnosis, access to your Exit-Ready Roadmap, and our complete Build Document with the process, scope, pricing, and exactly how we would work together. You can take everything to your team and run with it internally, or decide whether it makes sense to keep working with us.

What if my business still depends heavily on me?+

That’s exactly what we’re looking for. We identify where the dependence exists and what would need to change before another person could confidently operate the company. The point isn’t to remove you from the business tomorrow. It’s to make sure the business can eventually exist without you.

Do you take a percentage when I sell?+

No. We charge for the work we do. We do not take a success fee or percentage of your exit. You built the company. You took the risk. The upside is yours.

Do I have to hire Erakraft after the call?+

No. The diagnosis, Exit-Ready Roadmap and Build Document are yours whether we ever work together or not. If you want to implement everything internally, do it. If you want our help building it, we can talk about that after you’ve seen exactly what we do and what it costs.
